Photos - duplicate scan - Monterey 12.6.3

I do NOT see the "DUPLICATE" button ANYWHERE in PHOTOS !!?!?!?!

You wouldn't see it in Monterey. The duplicate detection function was introduced in Photos 8, shipped with macOS Ventura.
