How to make my apps not be in a different place every time I get on my phone

I am extremely new to the iPhone family. I’ve just purchased an iPhone 13 I’m happy with it but I refuse to search the web for answers how do I make the apps on my phone be still ? Every time I get on there moved and I can’t find this one or that one

Here's how:

Touch and hold an empty area on your Home Screen.
Tap the dots near the bottom of your screen.
Drag a page to reorder it.
Tap Done.

Reset the Home Screen and apps to their original layout

Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
Tap Reset, tap Reset Home Screen Layout, then tap Reset Home Screen.
Any folders you’ve created are removed, and apps you’ve downloaded are arranged alphabetically after apps that came with your iPhone.
