on my iPhone is empty

I have photos and files stores in my iphone 11, but when i check the files app, it shows “on my iphone is empty”

FILES Folder My FILES folder on my IPhone 11 is empty and always has been. Shouldn't you see the phone files there

Tap < Browse

Then under Favourites tap Downloads.
