using scribble with Notes app is too unpredictable.

Has anybody figured out or found a reliable way to use scribble or the Apple pencil?

1) in the notes app the Apple Pencil randomly decides to start a new paragraph in the middle of a sentence.

And there is no way to bring the cursor back to a previous line without opening the keyboard.

2) there is no way to start a new line, while writing this post.

3) placing the cursor in a specific location, is no guarantee scribble will continue from that specific location.
