Graphics Card Metal support

I am unable to use the enhance feature in camera raw, the message "Camera Raw acceleration is not supported by your system, Enhance requires a graphics card with metal support."

My 27 inch Retna 5K 2019 iMac Ventura 13.3.1 has a Raedon Pro 575X 4 GB graphics card and 48 GB Ram. Bridge 13.0.3 and PS 24.4.1 and Camera Raw is up to date.

In the system information panel it lists Metal Support:Metal 2. Why isn't the Enhance feature in Camera raw working?

Deleting both of these files TempDisableGPU3 TempDisableGPU2 worked for me now the Enhance feature in Camera Raw works. Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1. In the Finder menu click on Go and find - Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/GPU in the GPU folder delete TempDisableGPU3 and TempDisableGPU2 files.

This is an issue caused by Adobe software failing to initialize the GPU. See this article by Adobe and scroll down to item 6 (Check and delete the TempDisableGPU3 or TempDisableGPU2 files) and it directs you to look for one or both of those files in ~/Library/Application Support/Adboe/CameraRaw/GPU folder. Follow the directions.

I don’t even have a Gpu folder under camera raw so this fix is useless for me
