Apple ID not working on cellular data, but working on when i connected to wifi. I have iphone 14 pro max. When i connected to cellular data, my apple id not work. If i connect wifi, id is working. I can search from safari but can not download anything and id not working even i can not exit from my ID.

Cellular data do I leave my cellular data on or off because I have had no problem with my phone as far as going on websites now all of a sudden I can’t get on any websites it won’t it says it’s restricted or it’s restricted. My granddaughter had my phone and I don’t know what she did.

We thought that fixed the issue until the last time it cut off, it would not reconnect to mobile data or wifi. I did a network reset and it did connect to my wifi and mobile data, messages started to come in. However, the phone immediately shut off. This is what it did before I was unable to connect to wifi or mobile data; it would just randomly turn off. I tried to erase everything but once it asks for my apple ID, the buttons to "Turn off" or "cancel" are grayed out. This is my son's iPhone -- I can't verify his icloud login because it wants to send a text to his phone.... which I can't get. Any ideas on what we can do??
