I have an Ipad gen 8. A few weeks ago the screen went blank.
I reset the ipad with the power and home button and it came back on. Last week the screen went black again but the problem was not fixed by a reset.
I have so far restored the ipad using itunes. The ipad will talk to me telling me it is ready to be setup but the screen is still black.
I have fully charged the ipad. I have “burped” the ipad.
Any other suggestions on home fixes?

Yes external impact. Wrap the ipad in a towel hold it to my chest and pat the back like i'm burping a baby. It was the last thing I tried.
No apple store within a quick trip for me. I will bring it in next time I am close.
