Enable iCloud Photos and Contacts on your Devices:

A. iPhone or iPad:

On the iPhones, enable Contacts in iCloud.

On the iPhone:

Go to: Settings
Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
Tap: iCloud
Tap: Photos (so that it is green)
Tap: Contacts (so that it is green)

B. Mac:

Go to: System Preferences
Click: Apple ID (on top-right)
Select: Photos (by giving it a check mark)
