I'd like to request a refund for an accidental app subscription that occurred 79 days ago. Is this possible?

It disappears from the list of available options when I go to the refund page and type in the information. This is an app I never used and didn't realize I signed up for a trial for. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I wonder what percentage of people who end up paying this app's $79.99 annual fee from did not even want their app, and they just forgot to cancel.

Wishing you a wonderful day,
