I cannot get my HomePod mini's to work, the top light just flashes red. When I connect to MBA, I get The HomePod software update server could not be contacted. I had public beta loaded. How can I restore to current released OS?

That sort of worked, so I am guessing one of the mini's is defective, one is now working again, the other still gives the same message when connected to MBA, when I try to work thru the home app I now get a setup failed error.
Any other suggestions. Thanks in advance.
