Left airpod is not working

I had mi AirPods Pro for 1.5 years and stated to have problems in the right one (crackling noice) then suddenly the left one just stop working, I have been contacting apple support since July 2023, went to service twice this month and they do not have an answer why their flagship earbuds suddenly stop working, they only suggested to buy either the left one for $89 or buy a new pair.

mi use its very light, music, streaming and phone calls, nothing extreme, neither run or exposed to water

im really disappointed of the lack of reliability of the product and the easy stand of “just buy them again”

my set it was produced after 2020, I know that AirPods Pro produced before 2020 are entitled to a change for this failure (the sudden stop working)

they were supposed to “fix” this kind of problem for the ones made after 2020, and as you know an many hundreds disappointed users in blogs outside apple web support pages, that the problem just persist in all their AirPods Pro regardless of the manufacturing date

just google it and easy you will find hundreds of cases with te same issue

good look for everyone with the same case, in wasting time, hopping for a decent and compromising solution
