Apple id is not active

I got this yesterday when I was told to update my apple ID and I can't get access to my ID the responce is Apple id is not active

If you see a message below, or similar "inactive" messages:

- "Inactive" Apple ID/Account

- "Verification Failed. This Apple ID is not active."
