I need a laptop to process my videos on the go. what memory is required 32 gb or 64gb

I need a laptop to process my videos on the go within a 24 hr turnaround timeframe. I'm thinking about purchasing a Macbook Pro because I don't think the Mac Air has the power and the memory needed for the video editing programs that I use. Question: Memory, is 32 gb enough, or should i go for the 64 gb?

Thanks.

Hi! This is completely up to you. I would say if you’re doing a lot of multi-tasking with power-intensive tasks (such as graphical programs) while exporting 4K videos at 60fps, you should go for the 64GB option. But personally, I think 32GB should be enough for just processing and exporting videos. The 64GB option is more for professional settings, such as at the workplace. The general rule is: the more memory the better, so if you want the best performance and are not too bothered about the price, you might want to consider the 64GB model.

Just remember that this is completely subjective and only you can decide which Mac will best fit your needs! I recommend finding some reviews online to get more of an insight before making your purchase.

Have a nice day!
