Lost iPhone is accidentally removed before erased

Hello,

my phone was robbed a week ago. I put it to lost mode. Today I accidentally removed it from my iCloud before erasing. Is there any way to restore device via IMEI code?

Later after I removed, I found out that my phone was activated two days ago, so I want to check it through find my.

Is there any chance that this device can be restored?

thank you

If you removed it from your devices list then there isn't much you can do. Read this support article to learn what you can do if Find My iPhone or Find My iPad isn't enabled on your missing device --> If Find My iPhone or Find My iPad isn't enabled on your missing device - Apple Support

Apple doesn't use IMEI. The only service is offers is Find My and related features as described in: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
