help me, sir, ma, how do I sign in to my Apple ID without the old number I lose my iPhone and I do not know the old number I use to open it but I have iCloud Gmail on my second iPhone

Your phone number has nothing to with signing into iCloud. If you forgot your Apple ID password follow the instructions in the link provided below...
