Apple Pay

Go to your card info:

1. On iPhone: open the Wallet app, tap your Apple Cash card, tap the More button. , then tap Transfer to Bank. .
2. On iPad: open the Settings app, tap Wallet & Apple Pay, tap your Apple Cash card, then tap Transfer to Bank. .

After the amount is transferred to bank then pay your Credit Card.

Note: Credit Cards do not store money.

Apple Pay itself holds no money at all.

If you are referring to Apple Cash(different from Apple Pay), you can transfer the money to a bank account or use it to pay your Apple Card, but cannot transfer it to a 3rd party credit card in any way.
