Activation Lock with deactivated Apple ID

Hello, I deactivated my appleid two years ago with my email ***@comcast.net. when I went to turn on my iPad mini I purchased in 2015 it stated that the iPad was locked by this email. With is mine and I still have through my cable cable XIfinity. I called and went to the apple store, went back to Walmart were I purchased the iPad from called the bank for a credit card statement and they all stated they no longer have records for 2015. Apple wants a orginal receipt that I dont have from 2015. There has too be other way I can prove this is my iPad with the same email that I still have through Xfinity. Someone please help

If you “deleted” your Account from https://privacy.apple.com all of Apple’s records are GONE per your request.


If you truly did “deactivate” the account, it can only be reactivated w/ the special code provided at the time of deactivation.
