stolen iPhone and retrieving data/photos

My iphone was stolen and now that battery is dead I can no longer track it. I've deleted my financial information (wallet) info. What else do I need to do?

Im guessing I need to erase the phone. Is there a way to retrieve my info/photos/etc that were not backed up to icloud? I was being cheap and didn't want to spend the extra $ for additional icloud storage.

Review the instructions in this guide published by Apple 👉 If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Furthermore, If you do not have a backup file created, either on iCloud or on a computer (Mac or Windows), then you do not have a backup file to restore your data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc. from, then you will have lost that data permanently.
