Why does my iPhone say the contact name "or 2 others"?

Why does my iPhone say the contact name "or 2 others". For instance, when my A calls me, it reads as "A or 2 others". To be clear, i have more than one account linked to my contact app, gmail contact, outlook contact,...etc. I don't see the "merge" option, and this is annoying, How can I get this to stop? Without sacrificing my linked contacts from more than one source?
