Edit: Which data? Did they restore your iPhone to Factory Settings? As if it were brand new? Or did they delete some other data?

What type of data?

Enable [items] in iCloud Settings:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: your name (top item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: [an item] (so that it is green)
