Congratulations on your purchase of Logic Pro for Mac! I just know that you are going to love using it for all your music production needs. While the decision is up to you as to whether or not you want to pay the subscription what I would suggest is looking at the product page for Logic Pro for iPad located here: Logic Pro for iPad - Apple (CA) so that you can review more information and make the best decision for you.

Take note, that you can only buy the applications in a bundle and not individually if you are planning of purchasing them through the education store.
