iphone doesn't see airprint epson

Hi, I had issues with my iPhone X and the Epson printer. Often the iPhone was not able to find the printer (they were connected to the same wifi network).

I changed printer and also the iphone (now I have the 14).

Today the same issue: the Macbook is able to find the printer but the iPhone isn't.

It's frustrating. The wifi signal is very good on both.

Please help me.

That answer can’t be correct, it might be correct, but it doesn’t explain why the iPhone intermittently finds the printer and I am having the same absent issue and then other times it can’t find it. This is an Apple iPhone issue and it’s frustrating, it’s buggy

The Epson printer Wi-Fi and my iPhone are on the same network just as the describer said, it can’t find the printer on Monday but strangely at find it on Tuesday and it’s hidden mess and it’s completely unreliable, Apple needs to do something to fix this. This is a real problem.

This worked for me - go to Settings/Wi-Fi on the iPhone and tap on the i next to the network name. Turn off Private Address.

Apple advises that "for better privacy, leave Private Address turned on for all networks that support it. Using a private address helps reduce tracking of your iPhone across different Wi-Fi networks". However if it's also killing airprint then it's your choice.
