power up problems

How can I send in an iPad under warranty that doesn't boot anymore?

First problem: if one has 3 accounts (for 3 products), the support website always returns to the first account (even after logging out and logging in with another account. Frustration ...

Second problem: even if under warranty I can NOT select the button 'device does not power up'. I have to select a wrong reason ('Buttons not working') to be able to continue the service registration. More frustration.

Third problem: I have to switch off 'Find my iPad': the chicken or egg story: how to disable it if the device doesn't boot anymore? Still more frustation.

I shall have to drive an hour to turn in a device that is still ubnder warranty!

Apple = maximum price for minimum support.
