Verifying if a Call Went Through:

A. Look On your Call History:

If the call is not shown in Call History, then it did not go through.

B. Contact the Recipient:

Call the recipient, asking them if it went through.

C. Look On your Carrier's Site:

Log in to your Carrier'c site, seeing you Call History. Doing so myself, I can see it going 90 days back.

If you’re unsure whether a call went through on your iPhone, here are a couple of ways you can check:

1. Check Call Log: The simplest way is to check your recent call log. Open your Phone app and tap on the “Recents” tab at the bottom of the screen. If your call went through, it should appear in the log.

2. Voicemail: If you left a voicemail, you could try reaching out to the person to see if they received it.
