There are no newer Safari updates, or downloads available for older, unsupported macOS versions. If you are running a 2014 operating system (e.g. Yosemite 10.10), then I advise you to select Apple menu () > About This Mac, and on the product description line, what information is in parenthesis? If you provide that, I can tell you what the last operating system upgrade can be made for your MacBook Pro.
