I got deducted for unknown reason

I got deducted for unknown reason Suddenly, the money was deducted but it was not in the purchase history and did not buy anything. Deducted 3 times

1st time: 47,517VND 11/06/2023 09:48:30

2nd time: 160.749VND 06/11/2023 09:49:34

3rd time: 868,449VND 11/06/2023 09:50:27

We don't know. We are not Apple. As your fellow end users we have no more access to Apple transaction databases than you.


To be sure of H1290's assessment, start here:


If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.


If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.


If Apple’s purchase history shows the purchase, continue with the instructions in that article.

We don't know. We are not Apple. As your fellow end users we have no more access to Apple transaction databases than you.

Thank you for translating! This seems to be a scam. No real business would bill you via text messages. (In my experience, anyways.) And we know for a fact that Apple wouldn’t send you a bill via a text message.


So you should delete this, and ignore it.
