Audio Input on Logic Pro

I recently got a new audio interface, and Logic does not pick up the guitar signals, nor does it pick up higher notes through my microphone. The audio interface on the other hand does pick the signals up, so I know it doesn't have anything to do with that. I tried it through GarageBand and it worked but it still will not work through Logic. I feel like I've tried everything including contacting both Apple and Focusrite, and I do not know what to do. Does anyone have anything that might help?
