Trying to connect my Apple Pencil 1 to my iPad 10’s charger cable but it doesn’t fit :(

I’m trying to connect my Apple Pencil 1 to my iPad 10’s charger cable coz I’m trying to pair it with my iPad but the charger plug is too fat :p

Is my Apple Pencil compatible with my iPad Pro? I’ve never used an Apple Pencil (1st gen), and I have not been successful getting it to charge/pair with my iPad Pro (11in.-3rd gen). I bought a new charger and adapter for the Pencil. I should plug in a USB-C to one end and the Apple Pencil in the other, but they don’t actually fit. The lighting-type end fits in one end, but it’s not what any pictures describe nor online. I have no clue what I am doing wrong here. After “charging” it, I tried opening the Bluetooth on my iPad, but the pencil does not appear. I’m at the point where I’m not sure they are compatible.

Apple pencil 1 adapter for 10th gen ipad I got the apple pencil 1 for christmas, and i have the 10th gen iPad and the charging cable, both usb’s are USB type c so the adapter wont work so i have to use another charger. And that even wont work so now i cant even use it yet.

you can get an adaptor Amazon.com : lightning to usb c adapter

or get a cable that fits Cables - Power & Cables - iPad Accessories - Apple
