hey so I have a problem with my MacBook Air m1 speakers.. my speakers have a buzzing sound, so pls help me I just bought it a week ago

If it a truly new Mac, take it back to Apple as it's still under warranty and within the "free" return period at this point.
I'm assuming the free period is two weeks where you are ... it may not be.
