Inconsistency between macOS & iOS Calendar

In Calendar:

In macOS 13.4, I can set a custom travel time, but I can't in iOS
In iOS 16.5, I can set different time zones for start and finish times, but I can't in macOS

Why? It's inconvenient and strange.
