Hey again! Good to know.

This thread from another source has a few suggestions if you know how to follow them, although I can’t lend to the credibility or efficacy of them, plus it’s a few years outdated I believe:

With few of the “solutions” mentioned there I think a few tests should be done first, namely testing this problem in a new admin account, it’s easy to create one for testing purposes, and it can easily be removed after it’s served it’s purpose:

Add a user or group on Mac - Apple Support

One of the other mentions is regarding SIP an Apple security feature. I’d also check to see if it’s enabled or not:

While holding Option on the keyboard, click the Apple menu on the top left and choose System Information.

While there, scroll down and click on the Software section, can you say what it says for System Integrity Protection?

Cheers.

If for no other reason but to keep the computer up to date which may or may not be related to the original question.

Suggest updating to the current version Ventura 13.5.1

There are several Bug and Security updated since 13.4.1

I also have this problem, and it has broken several applications. in the accessibility tab, I cannot add programs to the list. This happens for the screen recording as well. So I cannot even get a screen shot or properly use Zoom. I tried the reset command listed above ("sudo tccutil reset Accessibility") and receive a "Failed to reset accessibility" error. This all occurred immediately after the system upgrade yesterday. You can go through the motions of adding a program to the Privacy and Security panel, but nothing is ever added to the list.
