Warranty on Earbuds

I purchased earbuds with lightning connector in Dec 2022. Now they do not work properly. How can i get repair replacement?

Just for clarification, by "earbuds" are you referring to Apple AirPods, EarPods, or Beats Earbuds?


Regardless, Apple provides a one-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects on most of their products. If you feel that this could be the reason, you will need to have an Apple technician examine your EarBuds to verify your findings ... and, if they concur, they you may be able to get a replacement for little or no cost to you.
