I moved from Apple Music to a different streaming platform for a few months but moved back recently. I was hoping my playlists and library would be intact, however I can't find any of my old playlists. Is there a way for me to restore my old library and playlists?

Once you cancel the Apple Music Subscription you lose all playlists and downloads that you had previously. There is no way to get them back.
