My phone says iPhone disabled- connect to iTunes Store. How can I fix this?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

Thank you. I succeeded in getting to the Restore option however when it was completed a message appeared - 'device can not be found'. What can i do?
