I have a m1 MacBook Pro, and it flickers a lot in the dark and when kept idle even in light. Please let me know how to fix this, if this is a hardware issue what is the cost of m1 touch bar repair?

First, a fall I want to thank you for giving me an answer to my question.
My right half of the touch bar flickers when I take my MacBook to a dark room but it works fine in a room with lights. I am facing this issue for about a year and currently, I am on mac os 13.4.1. I have tried all the given steps but the issue is still there.
