what is error 2009 when trying to restore iPad

My Ipad is stuck with the apple logo so I tried setting it to DFU mode, but when iTunes downloaded the iOS version 16.5.1, it gave me an error message saying the ipad cannot be restored an unknown error has occurred (2009).

My cable is new and bought in apple store. Now when i tried redoing everything, it gave me the same message but a different code. It's 5 this time...

Error #2009 is explicitly listed by Apple. When your iPad is connected to a computer, these errors are often attributed to a faulty cable - or interference from Anti Virus or other Security software.


Try using a different cable, a different USB port - or, at your own risk, temporarily disabling your AV software.
