Hello Adil_memmedov,
It is not possible to save or look at Apple Music without a subscription to my knowledge. In fact, apparently (I learned this recently) if you deactivate your subscription and come back a few months later this data is gone. This is to protect the copyrighted material in Apple Music.
If you need to backup your playlists, you'll need to backup the Library folder on a Mac within the Apple Music Folder.
