Change of Region

Please I would like to change my region/country to my new region as I have changed locations. However, I keep getting a page that says I cannot change my storefront information now. I have cancelled all my subscriptions but still, it's saying the same thing. As it stands, I can't download or upgrade some of my apps. Please I would like to know my alternatives if any.

Kind Regards

iPhone 12, iOS 16
