App sharing
My sister downloaded a game that I also want. But it does not show up in her recent purchases. Family sharing is allowed for the game. I am not sure how to make it appear so I too can play.

Please verify you both have Purchase Sharing enabled - How to share purchases with your family - Apple Support.
- Open Settings
- Tap Family
- Tap Purchase Sharing
- Tap Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
Purchase Sharing must be enabled in order to share purchases (such as those from the App Store). You've already stated the app supports Family Share, this is another important step. An app developer can decide whether or not their purchases can be shared. You already confirmed this, but it never hurts to double check!
