PAYMENT METHOD ISSUE

But if there's an issue [such as you having a subscription or being a Family Sharing Organizer], add a new card first, then remove the old card."

Issue is I have to repayments to Apple back because I have not yet pay 9$ to Apple with my old Visa card but I want Apple to help me change my re payment

method to a new card
