My Apple Music plan was supposed to expire on 02nd July but I deleted the UPI ID on 03rd July, but in the morning of 04th July the money was deducted from my account and when I login back to the UPI ID, despite that my account expired on 02nd July I Showing money even after being deducted from the account

You should have cancelled you subscription at 24 hours before expiry date. Read this Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)

Hi,
You cancelled you subscription after the due day. Apple will have already processed your payment and bearing in mind that the 2nd was a Sunday this would appear in your account on the next working day.
As previously mentioned, use link provided to request a refund.

ok but even after deducting money in my apple music subscription it is showing "Your apple music subscription expired on 02 july" which means money has been deducted from the account
