Since my phone updated I cannot turn off do not disturb

How do I turn off do not disturb? My phone updated & when I go to Focus to turn off do not disturb, it takes me to a page that gives me options while in dnd

Pull down the Control Center. Tap the circular icon on the left half of the Focus button. Don't tap the name or press and hold the button. Just tap the icon.
