Audio Recording Dropouts

Have seen multiple variations of this question, but no viable answers....

2021 15" MBP M1 Max

32 GB Ram

12.5 Monterey

Audio transients and dropouts using Ableton and Garage Band, no audio input to Reaper.

Interfaces used have included: Behringer x32, Soundcraft SI series, PreSonus 1818 VSL, Apogee Duet, all via USB A-C and a MixPreIII via USB-C. Absolutely none of them captures useable audio on this computer. With my two 2011 MBP's, Catalina and High Sierra, all of these devices work perfectly.

THIS IS AN APPLE SILICON PROBLEM, NOT AN INTERFACE ISSUE.

The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 12.6.7 (June 21, 2023)

From what Ive read so far - it appears to be "Rosetta Mode" issues. Many plugins need to be run in Rosetta and it's causing issues.

Ive been super frustrated as I upgraded to the 64Ram 4Tb m1Max and it is nothing but issues.

I went into forums and noticed many people saying its rosetta mode.
