New computer (Ventura 13.4.1) Transferring emails from Mail onto my desktop and their icons are now in one pile. I then have to transfer them to a folder, which I then have to open in order to see separate icons and details individually. This is a 2 stage process which I find very frustrating. This did not happen on my older Mac. How can I stop this very annoying feature?

Control or Right click on the Desktop and uncheck "Use Stacks".
