My Apple mobile phone was stolen. Even if the Apple ID on the phone is removed from the stolen device, I suspect that it is being misused. How can this be confirmed?

I previously used an i phone7 mobile phone. The phone was stolen by a person on 23/06/2023. According to the law of Sri Lanka, I made a complaint about it. Later, I reinstalled the same Apple ID for the new phone I bought, iPhone SE. It was confirmed that the previous phone (i phone7) still had my Apple ID. I want to validate the ID only on my current device iphone SE and remove that ID from other devices.

Thank you
