Is there a cost for Family Sharing of purchases only?

Creating and using Family Share is completely free - Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support.
Purchase Sharing is a feature of Family Share that allows subscriptions and purchases to be shared with all family members. Please keep in mind not all purchases and subscriptions qualify for family sharing. Only one person within the Family Share would need to buy something or purchase a subscription that qualifies for family sharing for it to be shared with everyone.
