My Mac Pro keyboard stop working

What can I do my MacBook Pro 2017 keyboard just stopped working and it didn’t fell down,no fluid pour on it only the power button works

please what can I do??

Reset the SMC and NVRAM:

Sometimes changes are made that require in the system caches to be reset. This just might do the trick. So, first attempt this by using an external keyboard keyboard:
