Solid green screen Apple Watch 4. Won’t reset

Apple Watch 4 has solid green screen. It won’t respond to resetting. Unpaired it with the phone and I can’t pair it now cause can’t get rid of the green screen. Pressed and held side button and crown but no luck.

This seems like a hardware issue with the screen to me. Please Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service for your device
