I only have an iPad 2 in the iOS is only 9.3.5. can I somehow set up my air tag with my iCloud? I do not have any other Apple devices

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pair an AirTag on iCloud.com. You need to have an iPhone with iOS 14.5 (or later) or an iPad with iPadOS 14.5 (or later.)
