Unauthorized Charges from Apple Music

Why is Apple taking money out of my credit card?

All of the information has been provided here for you to determine the charges including a link to contact Apple directly if you were unable to find any purchases/subscriptions.

To whom it may concern I am being charged for something I didn’t sign up for and doing all these charges that I don’t know what they are has sent me into overdraft twice so I’m not happy at all 😡😡😡😡😡 so APPLE needs to correct this PROBLEM ASAP before it puts me in another overdraft and be HIGHLY APPRECIATED TO RECEIVE A REFUND ASAP

I am being charged 10.79/USD bucks which is basically like $11. And I don’t have any type of subscriptions or anything ? I’ve checked multiple times and apple keeped on trying to request that 10.79 to a point where I removed my card from my account. But due to that fact that I cannot pay for whatever apple is trying to make me pay. I cannot download any apps.

(Getting help asap would really be appreciated🙏🙏 I’ve had to postpone downloading so many apps due to this)

thankfully I’m broke so the charge can’t go through but Apple keeps trying to charge me $11.08 for no apparent reason, and the fact it won’t tell me any more additional information on the company trying to charge me is infuriating and unethical. The most expensive subscription I have is for SoundCloud and that’s $5.99. There should be no reason for this charge.

If you were unable to identify the charge using the Billing and Subscription link provided to view Purchase History and Subscriptions, then what did Apple say when you contacted them with the link that was also provided?

It's not going to go away and you will be unable to use the App Store until the issue has been resolved.

I woke up this morning and found out that £10.99 went out my bank and I looked and it says Apple Music. I don’t even use that, I don’t have any subscriptions on it so why have they taken it out my bank. I want the money to go back into my bank

I was charged over $50 by Apple for the NY Times audio app. But I'm a subscriber to the NY Times, so I didn't need to pay Apple for it! That's almost like a scam. Buyer beware! Apple should protect its customers and inform them that if they're already a subscriber to NY Times, they don't need to pay for the audio app. Very strange IMO.

I paid for my subscriptions through the actual websites instead of paying through apple because I don’t alway use them and apple is trying to charge me because they can’t see on their end that I paid. I sent proof that i purchased and the support stated that ill still have to pay and wait to see if ill be eligible for a refund. Im not paying double and besides ive had several charges from apple they I don’t recognize so i removed my cards somehow im still being charged and it isn’t showing up on apple purchases only on my bank account and they still won’t refund me.

That’s a price worth paying should it happen. If it’s not in my apple account showing as a charge, the burden of proof is not on me.

I think we should reorg to the better business. And any where else we can find
